I ated it, and it was SUPERB.

Notzarella vegan pizza cheese prototype: bubbles, melts, stretches, & tastes fantastic.

Made from non-GM whole organic soybeans & other wholefood-type ingredients! Plus the usual vegan features: no cholesterol, no lactose, no nasty proteins like casein, no animals were harmed during the making of this cheese, although it was tested on willing humans.

All kinds of awesome. Still under development. Australian-made!
